Upper half is the North approach, and in the distance is the intersection of Dixboro Rd with Geddes Rd. In mid-photo are tops of concrete bridge piers with foundations in the river bottom. Dump trucks are bringing fill soil from which ramp is being built. We can see the raised truck bed of one dump truck in right center of photo.
