Sloped arch sections consist of hollow field-precast reinforced concrete segments tied together by post-tensioned steel cables. Two piers in rear support completed south half of bridge, and two piers in foreground are being constructed for north half of bridge. Outward thrust of arch sections is supported by post-tensioned horizontal precast reinforced concrete tension tie beams. In foreground is Daewoo 340LCV track mounted backhoe/excavator.
