Champion worker and material construction elevator. Elevator car is at bottom, and worker is just opening bottom door to leave car. Elevator counterweight is at top of the mast until car begins its next assent. The two pulley cathead on top of the mast balances the up and down movement of car with the down and up movement of the counterweight.
