Upper left-middle shows rebars extending out of lower floor wall concrete to tie that concrete into the next higher section of concrete wall. Interior framing on lower floor is galvanized steel sheet metal studs and ceiling joists, with temporary shoring, supporting cast in place ceiling/floor above.
