Here the concrete mason has raised himself into position standing on work platform of Western hydraulic telescoping boom personnel lift, and he is in the middle of troweling mortar on column. The repair process is the following: Cracked concrete is chiseled off (not shown in photos) down to sound concrete. Water is sprayed on dry sound concrete.
